100mm Air Turns (S38100XXX-***) are the second smallest of the standard New Way Air Turns, enabling non-contact conveyance of flexible films.

Given an outer diameter of 100mm, customers define the required porous carbon width and select from three standard wrap angles: 110, 220 and 330 degrees. Customers select a standard wrap angle greater than their required performance area; each option covers the radii smaller than the selected wrap angle.

All air turns include an air fitting to accept an 8mm outer diameter tube and are compatible with standard journal end mounts. Additional interface designs may be specified by the customer.
